Our gutter cleaning service includes:
- Roof cleared of debris
- Interior of gutters and downspouts cleared
- Clogged downspouts are cleared by hand and flushed when necessary
- Gutter spikes are re-tacked when necessary
- Light cleanup (tops of shrubs, walks, patios, decks, window sills, etc.)
Pricing:
Gutter cleaning starts at $100.00 and goes up depending on the size of the home, number of stories, degree of difficulty and the landscaping around the house. An over-packed fee of $25.00 can be charged if gutters are judged to be very full.
Prices for additional services include:
- Gutter guard maintenance at $25.00 flat rate
- Bagging debris $25.00 for first bag + $10.00 for each additional bag
- Scrubbing exterior of gutter by hand at $2.00/foot (ground level); $2.50/foot (2nd floor); $2.75/foot (3rd floor)
- Gutter guard installation at $5.00 per guard (3 foot section)
